Love Where You Live

Loving where you live, work, and be makes your life fun and life-giving. Loving life keeps you young, as shown by my nephew yesterday as his eyes flashed and happy shirks erupted as he chased a rooster:

We weren’t sure at first if the rooster would allow it, but then as my nephew chased him around the building the twelfth time, it looked like the rooster was having fun too.

Kids keep you full of life.

Hello Friends, A curious, kind, practical, and energetic writer, wife, mother, and teacher is one way to describe me. I enjoy thinking about transitions--in schools, churches, families, relationships, and even countries. I'm passionate about learning, and I love working with people. Stop by often to see which kind of transition I'm thinking about, and I would appreciate hearing your thoughts. Peace! ~Mary Hope

  2. Haha! Home can be the most blessed place wherever it is. Kids make home even more blessed. My grandson would lie on the floor and sing and talk to a squirrel that was a frequent visitor on our porch. Through the screen the squirrel would seem to be listening to him, too. I love this post.
