Fresh Fig, Lime, and Tomato Salsa

Last week a friend house-sat for me, and when I returned she left fresh figs in my fridge! She said they make great ice cream….but I decided to make them into the fresh salsa I had been hankering for.

This salsa is mild, fruity, and refreshing.
